Subject to the terms and conditions in this Cancellation and Reschedule Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Service, Buyer may apply for cancellation and/or refund of the purchased items (“Item”) .
Cancellation Or Reschedule
This cancellation policy outlines key conditions for refund eligibility and associated fees when a customer cancels a booking. Here are the main points:

Customers must provide notice to the provider when canceling.

The provider will attempt to find an alternative customer for the canceled booking to reduce financial loss.

If the provider succeeds in rebooking the slot, the customer may receive a refund, but an administration fee (minimum 18% of the price paid) will be deducted.

If the canceled slot is reassigned to an existing reservation, no reimbursement is provided.

Shifting a booking is treated the same as cancellation.

No refund is granted if a customer representative fails to attend or complete a session.

Cancellation fees vary based on notice period:

No fee if canceled at least 90 days before the session starts.

100% fee if canceled 89 days or fewer before the session starts.
