Application for Cancellation / Reschedule

Subject to the terms and conditions in this Cancellation and Reschedule Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Service, Buyer may apply for cancellation and/or refund of the purchased items (“Item”) .

Cancellation Or Reschedule

This cancellation policy outlines key conditions for refund eligibility and associated fees when a customer cancels a booking. Here are the main points:

  • Customers must provide notice to the provider when canceling.

  • The provider will attempt to find an alternative customer for the canceled booking to reduce financial loss.

  • If the provider succeeds in rebooking the slot, the customer may receive a refund, but an administration fee (minimum 18% of the price paid) will be deducted.

  • If the canceled slot is reassigned to an existing reservation, no reimbursement is provided.

  • Shifting a booking is treated the same as cancellation.

  • No refund is granted if a customer representative fails to attend or complete a session.

  • Cancellation fees vary based on notice period:

  • No fee if canceled at least 90 days before the session starts.

  • 100% fee if canceled 89 days or fewer before the session starts.
